About Us

Founded in 2016 by Phil Heald, Heald & Associates is a well established mortgage and protection brokerage based just outside of Wrexham in North Wales. Our clients come from far and wide due to the excellent service, knowledge and expertise provided by our advisers, helping to make the mortgage advice process as simple and painless as possible. 

We believe an advisers role doesn't finish once an application has been made and we are there to 'hand hold' throughout the mortgage process whether you are a first time buyer, mover, looking to re-mortgage or are a seasoned investor. 

Phil Heald CeMAP

Phil has over 20 years experience as a mortgage adviser meaning there are very few (if any) circumstances he hasn't come across so you will get the best possible advice and service from him and his team of advisers.

Chris Redfern CeMAP

Chris Redfern has been working with Phil since March 2024 having had a wide and varied career in financial services and the property industry. His knowledge of these two industries combined ensures you will get the best possible advice from him on your new mortgage. 

Tilly Heald 

 Tilly is the resident Fox Red Labrador and Head of Office Security. Whilst she cant give you any advice, she will happily welcome you with a waggy tail (especially if you bring treats!)
